You may return any item purchased on vvardis.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused and unopened with all original packaging intact; unless the items are faulty or not as described. Our Customer Service Team will be pleased to assist you with a free return label for eligible returns.

How to Return
- Contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a prepaid return label.
- Print the return label from your email.
- Mark the reason for your return on your packing slip. Carefully pack it along with your items in the box.
- Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside. Cover or mark-out any other labels.
- Drop off the package at a drop-off point of the logistics partner indicated on the return label.
- There is also a possibility of a pick-up order, the Customer Service Team can provide you further details on it.
- Don’t forget to keep your tracking information so you can check the status of your return.
Credit
Once received by our warehouse, return packages are processed within 7-10 business days. We will notify you by email once your return is processed. Positive valuation of your refund eligibility provided, credit is issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional processing time for the credit to post to your account, usually within 3 to 5 business days. You may contact your financial institution for details.
Exchanges
Items returned to our warehouse will be credited to the original form of payment.
To make an exchange, please follow the return process and place a new order.
